An order is confirmed only after successful payment or another approved payment arrangement. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing, stock errors, suspected fraud or delivery limitations.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping and contact information. Delays caused by incomplete or incorrect information are not the responsibility of VK Textiles.

Custom hand block printing work and manufacturing inquiries are subject to separate quotations, sample approvals, production timelines, project quantities and payment terms.

Any custom specifications, artwork, labels or packaging details must be approved in writing before production begins.

All website content, including images, text, logos, product names, designs and layouts, belongs to VK Textiles or its licensors unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

VK Textiles is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of the website, delays, delivery issues or product use, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

Our responsibility for an accepted claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant product or service.
