Shipping Policy

Ready-to-ship retail orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Custom and manufacturing orders follow the production and dispatch timeline confirmed in the quotation or order approval.

Domestic deliveries within India typically take 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location and courier network.

Remote locations, high-volume sale periods, weather events, public holidays or courier delays may extend delivery timelines.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown during checkout or included in the final quotation for custom manufacturing orders.

Large, heavy or special-handling shipments may require additional freight charges, which will be communicated before dispatch.

Once an order is dispatched, we may share tracking details by email, phone or account notification where available.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept delivery, re-shipping charges may apply.

If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please raise the issue with the delivery partner at the time of delivery and contact us as soon as possible.

For missing items, share your order number, package photos and delivery details so our team can investigate with the courier partner.

International shipping, export documentation, duties, taxes and customs charges are handled case by case for approved orders.
