Cancellation and Refunds

Retail orders placed on the VK Textiles website can be cancelled before they are packed or dispatched. To request cancellation, contact us with your order number as early as possible.

If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and the order will be handled under our return process where eligible.

Custom products, made-to-order textiles, cut fabric, private-label work and manufacturing orders follow the quotation or written approval shared with the customer.

Once sampling, procurement, printing, stitching, finishing, packaging or production has started, cancellation may be refused or cancellation charges may apply for work already completed and materials already purchased.

Eligible retail products may be returned or exchanged if the request is raised within 7 days of delivery and the product is unused, unwashed, undamaged and returned with original tags, packaging and invoice.

Products damaged after delivery, washed, altered, used, missing packaging or sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Custom-made products, cut fabric, personalized products, manufacturing orders, approved samples, sale or clearance items and products made to customer specifications are not returnable unless they are defective, damaged in transit or different from the confirmed order.

For hygiene reasons, bedding, bath and similar textile products must be unused and in sealed original packaging to be considered for return.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, package photos and clear photos or video of the issue.

After verification, VK Textiles may offer a replacement, exchange, repair, store credit or refund based on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method wherever possible. If the original method is unavailable, we may request alternate bank or payment details from the customer.

Once initiated by VK Textiles, refunds usually take 7 to 10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment gateway, bank, card network or wallet provider.

Shipping charges, cash handling charges, payment gateway fees, packaging charges and return freight may be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to an error by VK Textiles.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the delivered item is verified as damaged, defective or incorrect. Items should be packed securely for return transit.
