Refund Policy

Retail products may be eligible for return or exchange if they are unused, unwashed, undamaged, in original packaging and reported within 7 days of delivery.

Products that are altered, washed, used, damaged after delivery or missing original tags and packaging may not be accepted for return.

Custom-made products, cut fabric, personalized items, manufacturing orders, sale items and products made to approved specifications are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrect.

For hygiene reasons, certain bedding, bath and intimate textile products may be accepted only if unused and returned in sealed original packaging.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the package and clear photos of the issue.

Once verified, we may offer a replacement, exchange, repair, store credit or refund depending on the product and availability.

Retail orders can usually be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it must follow the return process if eligible.

Custom and manufacturing orders may not be cancelled once sampling, procurement, printing or production has begun.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider, bank or wallet service.

Shipping charges, payment gateway fees, handling charges and return freight may be deducted unless the return is due to an error by VK Textiles.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping unless the item received was incorrect, damaged or defective.

Please pack return items securely. VK Textiles is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return transit arranged by the customer.
